Any orders that are not paid for on the website need to emailed to us prior to you mailing us payment so we can pull aside your items. We will hold aside records for 2 weeks from the time you email us your order. If we have not received your payment within 2 weeks the records will go back into stock.
We accept payments in US currency ONLY. We accept Paypal, credit cards, money orders, international money orders, personal checks or well hidden cash. Cash is to be sent at your own risk. All money orders or personal checks should be made out to I DEAL RECORDS. Orders paid for by personal check will not be shipped until the check clears (this usually takes 1 week but can take as long as 2). We take credit cards through paypal which is completely secure. At no time do we come in contact with your personal information with exception to your email and mailing address. I DEAL WILL NEVER SELL OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE!! We appreciate your business and we respect your privacy.
All orders placed before 3 pm eastern standard time will be shipped that day. After 3 pm orders will be shipped the following day. I DEAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPPING. We have had a couple of problems with packages that were shipped surface mail getting "lost". This is particularly a problem in SE Asia. If you are an international customer, specifically one from SE Asia, we highly suggest paying for airmail shipping and insuring your package. In the event that a package is lost, you can email us with the date your order was placed and the destination and we will email you a copy of the postal receipt. Our postal receipts are kept for 6 months then disposed of.
All of our vinyl is packaged with cardboard reinforcement. While the cardboard helps a great deal in ensuring that your vinyl arrives in the same condition it left us in, it is not a 100% guarentee that sleeves will not arrive bent. If you are a anal retentive collector (like me) and need the assurance that your records will be protected, than we advise you to pay for insurance on your order (insurance not available to international customers shipping their items parcel post).

Cd's sold by themselves are packaged in bubble wrap mailers. Cd's can be shipped w/o the jewel case at your request. When purchasing a cd, simply uncheck the box under the collumn "Jewel Case Included". This will automatically subtract 2.3 oz from the weight of your order. Some cd's that we receive from labels (mostly international labels) are shipped w/o jewel cases and are assembled when we get them. So if you receive a cd from us that isn't in plastic wrap, it was most likely mailed to us unassembled. It is still new/unplayed.
We only except returns based on factory defect (blank or missing cd's) or packaging error (wrong item shipped). We don't carry large quantities of titles (usually 10 or less) so your return may only be satisfied by an alternate item or equal value or store credit..
